Of Freedom and Valour: Aguileon

A boy sought to reach for the feeling of pressure that only the graze of a ball on his palm could achieve, so with all his might, he ascended to a space between land and heaven. In the fleeting moment in which his dreams and perseverance truly manifests itself, one flick of the camera preserves his pride, and with great likeness to an eagle, through the image of our modern amber—he flew.

The eagle fetched a sturdy stick with ideations of what uses it could have reeling in his mind, “There’s too many! Too much to keep up with!” And as he complains, the stick falls out of his beak and stumbles upon the head of a lion.

He sees the stick not as a threat, but a companion sent from above. The lion exclaimed, “Without you, I’m strong. With you, I am even stronger!” Though inanimate it may be, he reckoned that the stick feels the same.

Aspirants of greatness—are what everyone in the fields and domes were. No matter if they were a boy or a girl, passion resided in every house that would let it in. One of them, with strength like the lion, throws the stick with all his might hoping to have thrashed it far enough to reign victor; another, with the lion’s calculating mind, utilizes the stick to play the spherical instruments that could lead to the triumph of either the lion or its foe, nonetheless, both parties seek to take control of the last melody.

With the mighty stick going places, its original founder—the eagle—through great difficulty, finally reunites with it. As it was about to take flight, the lion requested for it to halt, “Stop! It is as precious to me as it is to you, we must share it!” The eagle descends with caution and perches on the bushy mane of the lion’s head. Unbeknownst to them, this moment of truce was witnessed by the other animals, mistaken by the crowd as a chimera. A creature of divine beauty—is what they thought it was.

Questions that require answers and answers that give birth to even more questions. People whose talents are tantamount to their beauty take the stage: with the amalgamation of an eagle’s freedom exercised through confident strides and majestic sways of the hip, and the valor of a lion as they brave through challenging questions. The Aguileon leaps as one, gracing the crowd with its intellect and bravery. Both are individually capable, but as one, they are unstoppable.
