Echoes of the Final Bell

By Angel Macapulay; Illustrated by Alexander Costales

In the hush of the room, we silently wait, pen in hand, hearts feeling the weight.
The exam before us is a challenge to face, a test of our knowledge, a trial of grace.

Questions emerge, a blur in our sight.
We dig through our minds, summoning light. The clock ticks on with a relentless beat.
Determined faces refuse defeat.

Pens sweep across pages, minds in flight, ravaged by the hours we toiled through the night.
The watchful invigilator was calm and still.
In this moment of truth, we bend to the will.

A breath of relief as time ebbs away. The final bell rings, leading us to day.
When papers are gathered, the burden lifts. And outside, the world feels like a gift.

Effort and courage are the true test of all. In the journey of learning, we rise from the fall.
The exam is now over, a chapter complete. Its lessons are within us, forever to keep.
